I attended the one day upholstery course with Prue. It was a lovely calm day with plenty of hot drinks and homemade snacks. There was delicious fresh, homemade soup for lunch. Prue was a brilliant teacher giving just enough support at every step of the way, to make me feel as if I was learning and becoming independent in my upholstery skills. I will be returning very soon to finish my project. A simple upholstered chair can possibly be completed in a day, but anything more complicated will take longer, take Prue's advice if you are unsure. I didn't know anyone else in the group but everyone was very friendly and supportive of each other. Thoroughly recommended Ruth D

I have recently completed a 3 day course with Prue, she was very informative, she gave us step by step guidance on how to complete our projects with great attention to detail. For anyone wanting to learn traditional upholstery in a lovely setting, I would recommend this course. What really helped was the small group size which allowed her to help us individually.
